Explosive is one of our newest classes. This class is designed to make you faster, stronger and more athletic. In this day and age players that are becoming stronger, faster, and more athletic. So it is very important for you to add those aspects to your overall training. If you want to have the ability to be the best player on your team sign up for this class.
